An old dilemma returns—what to do about an offer you think you should decline. Saying no is easy, you think; but what if it turns out to be something really good? You’d spend the rest of your life wishing you’d said yes. So you give it a try, telling yourself that it’s probably not going to be what you’re looking for. You’re right, it isn’t; but at least you now know. That lets you tick it off the list and move on to other things.
