11 Bella Hadid beauty tips that will are so easy to follow

She’s a paparazzi magnet and the face of Dior make-up, with a laid-back skincare regimen — and weakness for French fries. We dug up all the Bella Hadid beauty tips you’ve been dying to know, straight from the supermodel herself.

Mood lifters

Favorite spas: “I love this tiny Korean massage place near my old apartment. I’ve been going there for years, and they have no idea who I am. They’re amazing — so talented and so strong. At the other end of the spectrum, the Dior Institut spa in Paris has a beautiful vibe, like you’ve stepped into a giant perfume bottle.”

Go-to treatments: “I’m not really into facials. I usually go for a massage because my bones are always hurting. And I like getting body scrubs, just to kind of get fashion week scrubbed off.”

Signature scent: “Lavender. It calms me down. I’m an essential oil girl, so I always have them with me. I mix lavender and lemongrass and keep a spray bottle in my purse. The scent is light, but I do spray it everywhere. People can smell me coming.”

Easy make-up

The basics: “Peter Philips [creative director of Dior Makeup] taught me how to contour, and the importance of curling my lashes and using the right foundation. I’ve been perfecting my no-makeup make-up look.”

Touch-ups: “I love having a thick concealer to put under my eyes. The Diorskin Forever Undercover Concealer is my favourite. It’s light, but full coverage.”

Must-have: “I keep the new Dior Addict Lacquer Plump in my purse. I love colour, but don’t really love lipstick. I’m also into old-school ’90s brown lip liner.”

Body essentials

Supplements: “I take fish-oil pills, multivitamins, and probiotics. Anything that’s good for my skin and organs.”

Comfort food: “Basically anything that’s not green is comforting to me. I always say I go for the pizza, but it’s more like chicken nuggets and French fries. Anything fried. When I really crave something, I’ll just have it.”

Top tipples: “I drink a lot of Diet Coke. If I’m just hanging out and don’t have to work the next day, I love a good gin and tonic.”

Typical breakfast: “I’ll do scrambled eggs or an omelet. If I’m out, I’ll have two fried eggs, a pastry basket, sausage or bacon, a latte, and an orange juice. I get really hungry!”

Fashion Week fare: “I need to have a good breakfast and a big dinner, because going from show to show, all you get is little sandwiches.”

Workout: “When I feel like I need it, I’ll work out. Coming up on fashion week, I’ll try to get more fit. I’ll go hard for a few days and then take a break. I like to box, and I’ll do ab work—a lot of core training and hand weights.”

No-fuss hair

Off-duty strands: “[My hairstylist] Jen Atkin will kill me for saying this, but I literally do nothing with my hair. Sometimes I’ll use one of my mom’s masks, but I’m really low-maintenance.”

Wash and go: “The Moroccanoil line keeps my hair supersoft and smells amazing. I love the Extra Volume shampoo and conditioner. I have really thin hair, so whatever helps.”

Skin savers

Morning routine: “I’m usually running late, so I just wash and moisturize. I love Mario Badescu products—the face sprays are major, and they have a really good drying lotion for when you break out.”

Complexion boost: “I’m mask obsessed. The Mario Badescu Flower & Tonic Mask is so moisturizing. My skin gets really dry, especially during fashion week, so it’s good for me to give it as much love as I can.”
