Levi's' new #IShapeMyWorld anthem is a battle cry for strong, empowered women

Happy Women's Day

What do veteran actor Neena Gupta, rising star Kubbra Sait, yoga instructor Natasha Noel and comedian Kaneez Surka have in common? They've all broken stereotypes, ignored naysayers, and followed their passion to create their own destiny. These ladies, along with other dynamic personalities such as rapper Hard Kaur, actor Swara Bhaskar, transgender model Anjali Lama and activist Gurmehar Kaur, feature in Levi's new #IShapeMyWorld anthem.

In its 5th season, Levi's #IShapeMyWorld campaign reiterates the idea that women have the power to chart their own path and change the world. The campaign, which features 21  women, lays emphasis on the fact that you can rise despite all odds, social stigma and restrictions, to live your live to the fullest. Like journalist Sandhya Menon, singer Kanchan Daniel and entrepreneur Malini Agarwal, you too can chase your dreams and turn them into reality by sticking to your beliefs and never backing down. Apart from success and individualism, these women also stand for female solidarity and having each other’s backs. It’s high time we celebrate the sisterhood; we are stronger together after all!

The video, which launched on Women's Day, is a timely and powerful reminder to shape your own world. Go on then, the world is yours for the taking; don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
