Lakme’s showstopping hair looks

Lakme’s showstopping hair looks

Avant-garde and sixties’ rock ’n’ roll was the vibe at Lakmé Salons’ debut collections of ‘Show Stopping Hair’, showcased at Lakmé Fashion Week. While ‘Illusion’ played with hair lengths and textures, ‘Metamorphoses’ was a riot of colours and ‘Moulin Rouge’ went dramatic with bouffants and mohawks. The interestingly curated hair looks took cues from Parisian post-modernism and romanticism. We truly were taken back in time.

To top it off, Little Shilpa styled the models in all black to complement the unconventional hairdos. She also crafted special limited edition hair accessories that play along the three themes. These baubles are up for grabs for the first 20 Lakmé Salon patrons opting for these funky looks.
