1. Bento Box at Thai Naam (Juhu, Mumbai)

Obsessed with bento box reels on your feed? Here is your chance to try one for yourself. Take a break from your home-cooked lunch for Thai Naam’s Bento Box which will transport you to the bustling streets of Thailand. Veg, chicken or seafood, there is something for everyone. The menu includes Pan Grilled White Prawns, Khao Phad Gaeng kiew warn, and Bamee noodles with a variety of tantalising sides packed with Thai herbs and spices.

2. Geist Brewing Co. (only at Rajajinagar, Bengaluru)

Inspired by Tapas, the new menu is based on the value of ‘sharing is caring,’ and is a culmination of various flavours and techniques combined. From Ghee Roast Bone Marrow to Salmon & Coconut Ceviche to Fried Brie with Fig Chutney, this is a menu for culinary adventurists. With chilled beer, a collection of cocktails and Kadubu Lassi perfectly paired with exquisite cuisine, you’ll want to save the Tapas menu for your next group outing.

3. Cafe Panama (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

Known for its tropical paradise-like decor, Cafe Panama has launched an exciting menu that brings a wide variety of Latin American dishes to choose from. A fresh and lively cocktail menu accompanies the food. Savoury and sweet dishes alike bring the Latin American palate to your plates.

The spread offers a variety of dishes like Pork Belly, Penne Gochujang, Loaded Totopos, Jerk Chicken, Gambas Pil Pil (smoked prawns) and more, accompanied by tequila and Mezcal based cocktails. The flavourful Smoked Belgian Chocolate Cigars served with wild berries, vanilla ice cream and oat almond crumble make a way to the meal with perfection.

Chef Akash Deshpande delves deep into his Konkan heritage for Nava’s new menu, adding a modern flair to rich, traditional Konkani cuisine that takes your tastebuds on a gastronomical journey. His seasonal tasting menu captures the essence of monsoon by incorporating smoky and charred flavours into his fare. The 8-course menu comes with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Indulge in the signature Canale, Tomato Burrata, Roots, Mushroom and Gobindobhog, Seabass and Fennel, Bus Maska, Lobster Globe and more.

5.  Vietnamese Food Festival, The Westin (Gurgaon)

In association with JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa, Westin Gurgaon is hosting the Vietnamese Food Festival. Chef Phan Hoang Phuc Thinh and Chef Li Huynh bring their culinary expertise to Gurgaon and prepare a wide variety of delicacies to choose from. Both chefs have curated individual menus that display their culinary traditions from different cultures of Vietnam.

Starting with the appetisers, Vietnamese Rice Cake, Banana Flower Grilled Shrimp Salad, Grilled Squid with Sate Sauce, Fresh Spring Rolls, Grilled Seafood Papaya Salad, and Grilled Goat Skewers are all available for you to choose from.

An array of mains is presented next, which includes Roast Pork Belly with Vietnamese Herbs, Grilled Grouper Galangal Lemongrass, Roasted Chicken with Lemon leaf, Grilled Sea Bass in Banana Leaf, Shrimp in Salted Egg Sauce, Grilled Duck with Fermented Tofu, Phu Quoc Crab Fried Rice, Braised Pork Belly with Egg, Cobia Sweet and Sour Soup, as well as Stir-Fried Vermicelli with Crab meat.

Pizza, pasta, cocktails what more could one ask for? More of them perhaps. Bizza expands its menu with a wider range of scrumptious offerings. Start with antipasti such as Bizza Fried Chicken with garlic and chilli mayo, Fritto Misto and Truffle Bruschetta. The salad fanatics are in for a treat when they try the Baby Carrot Salad dressed with chilli-garlic paste and Greek yoghurt or the Fennel salad made by combining maple chilli dressing, cherry tomatoes, shaved fennel, candied nuts and pickled onions.

On the occasion of its second anniversary, Joshi House unveils a new menu led by the culinary connoisseur Chef Richard D’Souza and his team with an aim to include healthier ingredients in the signature pizzas. Curated by maintaining a careful balance between indulgence and wholesomeness, top ingredients such as truffle Picante sauce, smoked Norwegian salmon, and vegan cheese have been picked by the chef.

We recommend you try Pesto Burrata, Fig & Caramelised Onion, the classic Margherita, the Bolognese, Smoky Salmon, and Spicy Diavola pizzas.
