Onam, an auspicious festival for Malayalis across the country, is celebrated to mark the onset of the harvest season in Kerala and the homecoming of the state’s legendary mythical King Mahabali. While multiple activities take place during the 10-day festival, the real deal is its Onam Sadhya–a multi-course meal spread out on a banana leaf comprising more than 25 dishes, enjoyed with friends and family on the 10th day of the festival. Although traditionally vegetarian, restaurants are making non-vegetarian additions for diners to indulge in today. And if you’re a culinary enthusiast, you must experience the massive, flavour-packed feast. Ahead, we list all the restaurants where you can experience the Onam Sadhya.
