From Joe and Love returning to give us all the chills in YOU to the Roys battling it out for taking over the family business in Succession, here’s our binge-watch roster for October.

1. Little Things Season 4, Netflix

Your favourite OTT couple is back with their sweet and relatable romance. Following their long distance relationship in the previous season, Kavya Kulkarni (Mithila Palkar) and Dhruv Vats (Dhruv Sehgal) finally reunite in the upcoming season. You’ll see them navigate through the mature side of relationships–commitment, health, ambition and family. And in doing so, be as honest and intimate with each other as they’ve been in the past. As this will be the last season, we reckon it’s going to be sentimental watch. So keep your tissue paper box and chocolate ice-cream ready before you binge!

2. Succession Season 3, Disney+ Hotstar

The family feud and corporate sabotage continues in the gripping drama this month! With nine episodes, the season will pick up from the big betrayal last season–Kendall Roy exposing his father Logan Roy’s wrongdoings to the media and touting him as “a malignant presence, a bully and a liar.” And wait, did the trailer mention something about Roman wanting Logan to die? Who’s going to finally take over the family business? Will there ever be some peace amongst the Roys? We’re itching to see how things pan out!

3. YOU Season 3, Netflix

It’s safe to say that YOU is one of the shows we’re all looking forward to the most. After a crazy Season 2, we’ve got high expectations from the third instalment of the psychological thriller series. Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) and Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti) are back, but this time they’re married and are raising their baby, Henry together. The trailer reveals a lot in bits and pieces. From Joe stalking their new neighbour to the couple seeking marriage counselling and of course, both of them covering up a murder while their baby is crying, our mind has made theories already. We just need to watch the show to connect these dots.

4. Sardar Udham, Amazon Prime Video

The Jallianwala Bagh Massacre was one of the most horrific incidents that took place in Indian history. Sardar Udham Singh, a revolutionary freedom fighter and survivor of the attack orchestrated by Michael O Dwyer, the British Officer who had planned it. The upcoming period drama starring Vicky Kaushal as the lead is based on Sardar Udham Singh and his mission to avenge the death of around 400 people.

5. Justin Bieber: Our World, Amazon Prime Video

This one is for all the Beliebers out there. Our World follows the lead-up to Justin Bieber’s first full concert in three years–the New Years Eve show held in 2020 amidst a pandemic on the rooftop of Beverly Hilton Hotel. The docu offers an intimate look at the preparation process with backstage and onstage footage, and a peak into Bieber’s personal life through his own lens.

6. Rashmi Rocket, ZEE5

Taapsee Pannu is on a roll this year. After movies like Haseena Dilrubba and Annabelle Sethupathi, the actress will now grace our small screens with a feminist forward role. Rashmi Rocket follows the story of a small-town girl who dreams of being the top athlete and represent India at the world championship. While she becomes an inspiration back home, a gender test stands in the way of her success – revealing the exploitation female athletes face in the age-old system.
