8 New And Upcoming Horror Movies To Watch This Halloween

Here are some new and upcoming horror movies to get you in the spirit of Halloween:

1. Last Night In Soho 

Edgar Wright’s psychological horror film follows the journey of the wide-eyed protagonist Eloise (played by Thomasin McKenzie) who arrives in London to study fashion. She soon discovers a strange sixth sense that transports her back in time to the 1960s and into the body of the dazzling wannabe singer Sandie (played by Anya Taylor-Joy). However, the swinging sixties don’t turn out to be as glamorous as they seem with some horrifying consequences and a dark twist.

2. Night Teeth 

Moonlighting as a chauffeur in LA, college student Benny’s life is turned upside down when he picks up two mysterious young women for a night of party hopping. It’s all fun and games until he uncovers their true nature and bloodthirsty intentions.

3. The Manor 


After suffering a mild stroke, Judith Albright (played by Barbara Hershey) is moved into a nursing home where strange occurrences convince her of a sinister presence preying on its residents. Her frantic warnings are dismissed as delusions which leave her with no option other than to escape the confines of the manor or fall victim to its horrors.

4. Halloween Kills 

The 12th instalment of the Halloween franchise sees killer Michael Myers escape from Laurie Strode’s trap to resume his ritual bloodbath. To end his reign of terror once and for all, the Strode women and other survivors of Michael’s first rampage take matters into their own hands and form a vigilante mob to hunt him down.

5. There’s Someone Inside Your House 


Based on the eponymous novel by Stephanie Perkins and brought to you by the producers of Stranger Things and The Conjuring Universe, There’s Someone In Your House follows Makani Young, a transfer student from Hawaii who finds herself in the middle of gruesome murders of her classmates by a masked killer who is intent on exposing their darkest secrets to the entire town.

Based on the internationally acclaimed novel by Samanta Schweblin, Fever Dream is a Spanish psychological thriller that tells the story of broken souls, spiritual and environmental catastrophes and the interconnectedness of fear and love in motherhood.
