From Lord Bridgerton to a Winkie Prince, Jonathan Bailey has successfully taken over people’s hearts. He first caught my eye when he appeared in the period drama Bridgerton and I have been hooked on him ever since. I mean, yes sir, all I want is to be ‘the bane of your existence’. While Bailey has given some exceptional performances in Hollywood, nothing tops his Bridgerton role. Okay, this is slowly turning into my love for Anthony Bridgerton and let’s not get carried away. Jonathan Bailey is not missing any chance to prove to us that his magic is not only concise to historical dramas but way more wicked than that. Besides exploring various roles, he is experimenting with his fashion and giving us charming looks to adore.
While Bailey used to keep it simple on the red carpet, lately, he’s stepped it up—experimenting, taking risks, and giving us moments that scream main character energy. Whether it’s a daring silhouette or a ‘wicked’ sartorial twist, Bailey knows how to keep us hooked and we are here for it. Here are some of my recent favourites.
Short Shorts On The Red Carpet? Yes, Please.
Jonathan Bailey made quite the statement with a sheer black polo paired with short-seam shorts. The outfit screamed confidence and understated sexiness—because really, who needs accessories when you are the accessory? Can we all agree that we need his workout routine (look at them quads)?
Draped Prince
Bailey has delivered on point with his film premiere looks. In Sydney, he rocked a satin wrap shirt that fell so perfectly, it felt like a personal attack. It was radiant, effortless, and just the right amount of dramatic. A moment, truly.
Wicked Shine
Bailey dazzled in iconic Versace chainmail, serving high-fashion realness. The intricate design, paired with his undeniable poise, solidified his status as a red-carpet standout. It’s clear he knows how to make the most of his physique and presence, leaving fans (and fashion enthusiasts) utterly captivated.
Met Blossom
The Met Gala is all about the details, and Bailey sure didn’t disappoint. The flower at his neck added just the right edge to his look, making it fresh, unexpected, and oh-so-crush-worthy. It’s the kind of touch that takes a good outfit to be unforgettable.
With serving all these gorgeous looks and being spotted singing in the trailer for Wicked, we are in for surprises with Bailey’s character and I cannot wait to see how it turns out. And, of course, I’m waiting for his return to Bridgerton season 4.
