Anushka Sharma comes face-to-face with her new wax statue at Madame Tussauds

Having your likeness replicated in wax is a big deal for any Bollywood celebrity. But what if the statue goes horribly, horribly wrong? Remember poor Ranveer Singh, whose wax statue looks more like Barbie’s Ken than himself? Or Katrina Kaif, whose statue (at best) resembles a generic Caucasian model from a Bollywood movie? Thankfully for Anushka Sharma, who just got her statue at Madame Tussauds in Singapore, the future doesn’t look so bleak. (Read: your Instagram selfies with her wax statue will not be trolled.)

Anushka unveiled the statue at Madame Tussauds in Singapore, and obviously couldn’t resist posing with her gorgeous (but wax) self.
