Every year the city’s cool crowd gathers ELLE Carnival For A Cause –it’s a day filled with great company, music, dancing and shopping. For the uninitiated, it’s an event held across Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. And it features high-street brands and designer labels (on massive discounts) – basically plenty of retail therapy. Expect labels like Abraham & Thakore, AM:PM, Bodice, Dhruv Kapoor, Eka, Gaurav Gupta, Namrata Joshipura, Pankaj & Nidhi, Rahul Mishra, Rajesh Pratap and many, many more. Oh, and what’s a carnival without a theme? Think nautical. Flaunt your stripes and bring out those sailor pants.
Best part? Proceeds from sales go to toward the Ogaan Cancer Foundation in association with the Women’s Cancer Initiative (TATA Memorial Hospital).
