Punch number 9 (jasmine-infused vodka, passion fruit, pineapple, cinnamon honey, Aperol, lime, bitters and champagne) is a hot favourite. But if you prefer to nurse your own drink, try Zombie Cup (gold and black rum, coconut, cinnamon honey and grapefruit) and watch the sun go down.
