Anushka Sharma Is The Best Boss

Don’t let the power suits and slick hairdo fool you, Anushka Sharma isn’t a shark in the boardroom. Not to say she isn’t sharp. But Anushka confesses she’s never fired anyone. Talk about job security. Sharma has been working with the same people for a very long time and she credits it to hiring process.

Anushka’s boss lady piece of advice: “When you’re hiring somebody you should be very careful”. There’s no denying she’s a professional whether it’s mastering her emotions at the work place or being a keen observer of people. Sharma seems like a reasonable boss the only question we have left is where can we apply?
