14 Victoria’s Secret Angels workouts you might want to try

The Victoria’s Secret Angels workouts are the stuff of legends. After all, these stunning women with rock solid abs and buns of steel don’t get picked to walk in the biggest runway event of the year for nothing.

From walking, yoga, cardio, to boxing, Brazilian martial arts, ballet, these models have it all covered.

Georgia Fowler, one among the models, says she rotates between boxing, spinning, and Pilates classes with weights and gym work or even a walk/run to stay in shape. While it’s barre classes twice a week that gives model Jasmine Tookes a nice little bum, she also does a lot of weight training filled with squats, lunges and other fun routines.

2. Josephine Skriver

"I found this great place called Dogpound. It's kind of bootcamp style so one day it's boxing, other days it's weightlifting and then it's only body weights so we always keep it up and it's always different. I also love things like biking. I love being one with nature, so a hike or a bike ride or anything that gets me out," the angel said to AOL. She and fellow Angel Jasmine Tookes even have their own fitness Instagram account, JoJa.

This Victoria's Secret first timer told W, "I try every day to walk as much as I can. When I'm at the gym I do yoga, abs, low intensity cardio, and I always sit in the sauna to sweat out all of the toxins in my body."

VS veteran Ambrosio credits Brazil Butt Lift for her incredible behind. The workout combines ballet, Brazilian martial arts, kickboxing, and Afro-Brazilian dance. "You're doing cardio at the same time that you're using muscles and sculpting the body," founder Carvalho said to Shape.

This dedicated bombshell spends every single day at the gym in the lead up to the Victoria's Secret show — check her Instagram for proof. Bruna uses a personal trainer at Equinox and mixes up her workouts to keep things interesting.

The Kiwi model said to Buro 24/7, "I like to rotate boxing, spinning, and Pilates classes with weights and gym work or even a walk/run. It's hard to keep up any routine whilst traveling, but getting the heart rate going is the best way to fight jetlag so I often travel with a skipping rope and do a Nike Training App workout in my hotel room — even if it's only for 20 minutes."

Shayk told Yahoo, "I'm this kind of girl that wants to be better every time, that's why I push myself so much to go to the gym, I do a little bit of boxing, I do the Pilates machine, I work out with my personal trainer."

7. Izabel Goulart

The Brazilian babe does everything from boxing to Pilates and documents her workouts on Instagram with the hashtag #BodybyIza.

8. Jasmine Tookes

This year's Fantasy Bra wearer told Stylecaster, "I do barre classes at Physique 57, I think it's really good and gives you a nice little bum, so I do it twice a week. I also do a lot of weight training filled with squats and lunges and all that fun stuff."

9. Joan Smalls

Smalls told BAZAAR, "When the show is coming, I go the extra mile and make sure my routines are different. I do three different routines — I'll do kick boxing, I have my personal trainer and I'll do reformer Pilates. I do all those three alternate, work out on my own and go for a jog. It's making sure you stay active and have fun doing it and not over stressing it because that might create the anxiety. Just chill."

10. Bridget Malcolm

The Australian told Popsugar, "I do a bit of boxing but I have actually shifted over to doing a workout called 'Body by Simone,' which is little bits of high intensity cardio mixed with a lot of toning. It's really changed my body, and it's found these muscles that I didn't know existed."

11. Elsa Hosk

"I love boxing, and I try to mix it up as much as I can. Boxing makes you kind of tight, so it's really good to mix that with barre, Pilates, or something that'll stretch you out and make you longer. I'm not the person that loves to be in the gym so much. I like to mix it up as much as possible, otherwise I'll get bored," Hosk told Marie Claire.

13. Devon Windsor

"I like to mix cardio with bodyweight exercises. Adriana [Lima] is really amazing at kickboxing, so that's really great cardio, and then Candice [Swanepoel] kind of inspired me to go."

14. Lily Aldridge

"I do Ballet Beautiful and I love yoga and Pilates and boxing," the angel told BAZAAR. Ballet Beautiful even has an 'accelerated Angel plan' which both Lily and Doutzen Kroes are on.
