In uncertain times of social distancing, we’re all doing our best to hold on to the simple rituals to keep our spirits high. For me, following a daily skincare regimen makes me feel like I have some control in life. Research too, suggests that following a routine, especially in the times of a crisis, eases stress and anxiety. How would I manage without my trusty moisturiser? I reached out to Dr Kiran Sethi, founder and dermatologist at Isya Aesthetics for beauty advice on dependable skincare that’s available at the local chemist.
