It’s almost 2018, and with the new year comes a brand new crop of movies. From the female-led Ocean’s 8 to the much-anticipated A Wrinkle in Time, here are the 16 best movies of 2018 you’re going to want to clear your schedule for.

1. A Wrinkle in Time

Who’s in it? Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine, Mindy Kaling, Oprah Winfrey, Storm Reid

What’s it about? Based on Madeleine L’Engle’s novel of the same name, A Wrinkle in Time follows Meg (Storm Reid) as she works to find her missing dad, who’s being held on a distant planet.

When does it come out? March 9, 2018

2. Fifty Shades Freed

Who’s in it? Dakota Johnson, Jamie Dornan, Kim Basinger, Luke Grimes

What’s it about? Christian and Ana are officially married, but it’s not all roses and BDSM. In the series’ final instalment, Ana runs into more trouble with her former boss, Jack, and Christian’s former dominant, Elena, could be back in the picture.

When does it come out? February 9, 2018

3. Avengers: Infinity War

Who’s in it? Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Hemsworth

What’s it about? The Avengers come together with the Guardians of the Galaxy in order to stop the supervillain Thanos.

What’s it about? Inspired by the classic story, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms is a live-action film in which Clara (Mackenzie Foy) explores a parallel world complete with soldiers, mice, and a Sugar Plum Fairy (Keira Knightley).

What’s it about? Blunt and Krasinski star together for the first time in this horror film about a family forced to stay completely silent, at the risk of upsetting an evil spirit.

Who’s in it? Liam Neeson, Colin Farrell, Elizabeth Debicki, Viola Davis, Daniel Kaluuya, Cynthia Erivo

What’s it about? With a screenplay co-written by Gone Girl’s Gillian Flynn, this thriller follows four widows who are left to finish a heist after their husbands are killed.

8. Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again!

Who’s in it? Lily James, Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Colin Firth, Pierce Brosnan, Stellan Skarsgård

What’s it about? Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) returns to Greece with the news that she’s pregnant and ends up learning the story of her mother (Meryl Streep) as seen through flashbacks of her mom as a young woman (Lily James). Don’t worry, there’s also lots of ABBA.

What’s it about? Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) has been haunted by the masked man Michael Myers (Nick Castle) since he almost killed her 40 years ago. Now, they’re facing off one last time.

Who’s in it? Benedict Cumberbatch

What’s it about? The Grinch is here to try and steal Christmas, but this time he’s doing it in a 3D computer-animated film.

16. The Darkest Minds
