As we continue to stay indoors in the interest of our as well as the wellbeing of those around us, there’s one question we keep asking, ‘What should we watch next?’ Given how binge-watching is the mood of the season, we’re here to help you out. These five titles are sure to keep you hooked.

1 Minari (Prime Video) 

This semi-autobiographical American drama film written and directed by Lee Isaac Chung is sure to catch you right in the feels. A story centred around the true meaning of a home, this one will take you on the journey of a Korean-American family, searching for the ‘American Dream’ as they move to an Arkansas farm in the 1980s. This tale of togetherness, hope and inspiration will pull on your heartstrings.

2 The Last Hour Season 1 (Prime Video) 

Set amidst the beauty of Sikkim is the supernatural crime thriller, The Last Hour. Starring Sanjay Kapoor, Shahana Goswami, Karma Takapa, Shaylee Krishen and Raima Sen, a seemingly uncomplicated murder takes a drastic turn. Complete with a shaman who possesses the mystic ability to unfold a person’s last hour, this will keep you on the edge of your seats.

3 Sardar Ka Grandson (Netflix) 

A pick for the family to watch together, this romantic comedy film revolves around a loyal grandson, played by Arjun Kapoor, who will not stop at anything to fulfil his grandmother’s last wish. Ace actress Neena Gupta plays the role of the 90-year-old grandmother, and oh, we can’t wait to watch her own the stage. Also starring John Abraham, Aditi Rao Hyadri and Rakul Preet Singh, Sardar Ka Grandson talks of the value of family.

4 Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 (Netflix) 

Haven’t we all missed this mischievous, snarky, drool-worthy, God sent devil from hell? If you aren’t caught up on the trouble Lucifer has stirred while working with detective Chloe Decker, we won’t give you any spoilers. (Or we could and just say the devil made us do it). You might want to keep your snacks close as you watch this one because trust us, you won’t be able to let this devil out of your sight.

The gripping account of October 19, 1987, also known as Black Monday, had been renewed for a third season. For those who are not in the know, this day marks the worst stock market crash in the history of Wall Street. There is a mystery around who was really behind it, a revelation you can witness now. With stellar performances and a storyline so addictive that you could mistake it for fiction, this one’s definitely worthy of being on your list.
