StudioWest is a store and a line
It’s a new concept from the very people who gave us Westside. StudioWest is a sprawling space dedicated to beauty products from various major brands like L’Oréal, Lakmé, Chambor, ColorBar, Revlon and Maybelline. But it also has an in-house line, called StudioWest, developed for Indian skin types.
It’s got a comprehensive line
Under two broad ranges, Pure Passion (more affordable) and Maaya (high on shimmer), StudioWest covers a lot of ground and offers blushes, nail paints, eye pencils, eyeliners, foundations, mascaras, lip glosses, eyeshadows fragrances, and a bath and body-care line.
It’s a homegrown brand developed with leading international partners
All the fragrances by StudioWest (Ibiza Power, Dark Valour and Maaya) have been developed in association with French perfume manufacturer Givaudan. The eye pencils have been made in partnership with the German company Schwan-STABILO; nail colours in association with Fiabilia; and lipsticks in association with an Italian company called Regi.
They call it a ‘Beauty Playground’
The store is designed to facilitate trials. Unlike counters at department stores, the products are smartly tiled in easy-to-reach shelves, so that you can browse with ease.
It’s going to be everywhere
The first of its kind launched in Bengaluru. But they plan to introduce it across major metros and tier I and II cities.
