Sucres des Terres (sugars of the earth) is a relatively new gourmet ice creamery in Worli that churns out little mason jars of brain-freezing bliss. As the name implies, the ingredients used are all natural and premium quality. The flavour of the moment is mango, of course, so get the Alphon So Crazy. Also popular are the Dark Side of Ginger (candied ginger and dark chocolate, lord have mercy) and Caramel A-Salt. You can also get your fill of Sucres des Terres goodness at The Bombay Canteen.
