The S/S ’19 version of this 80s trend dictates that you wear one pop of colour, while the rest of the face remains low-key. Take a cue from Christian Siriano, pick a flattering green for your eyes. Feline flicks got an update at Zero + Maria Cornejo, where models wore a skinny line of electric orange across their eyelids. While at Disney x The Blonds, we saw a generous swipe of lime green on the outer corner of the eyes. If you’re still not convinced, go the Chanel and Marta Jakubowski way; and put on a vibrant coral or lilac lipstick—pair it with a neutral eye shadow.
Pro tip: With a light hand, apply a warm-toned blush to neutralise the contrasting neon lip color.
