Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta to host a 'Winter Wonderland' pre-wedding bash

Ahead of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta's wedding on March 9, the Ambani family is set to host a pre-wedding bash at St. Moritz in Switzerland. Breaking away from traditional festivities, the guests will be treated to a winter wonderland-theme, carnival of sorts.

According to a report in India Today, the grand bash aims to transport guests back to their carefree childhood days. The carnival will feature rides such as a Ferris wheel, bumper cars, spiral slides, a carousel and an ice skating rink. To complete the nostalgic experience, the set-up will feature cotton candy and market stalls. A 'Peter Pan Ice Show' and live music are also on the cards.

After Beyoncé performed at Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal's sangeet ceremony, we were expecting a global pop star to be part of the Akash and Shloka wedding, and we aren't disappointed. As per the report, American pop rock band Maroon 5 will regale the guests.
