The 5-day extravaganza came to an end. And what an end it was.
Held outdoors in the amphitheater of Bandra Fort, the stage was set in a lush garden. The theme for the collection ‘Alchemy’ was ‘liquid gold’, and it was evident in the fluid contemporary traditional silhouettes with liberal gold accents and delicate surface embroidery.
The designer cites the inspiration to be from the sun-kissed sand and flora and fauna of Rajasthan, keeping in mind a modern, young Indian woman.
