My go-to exercise of choice...

...is Ballet Beautiful. I'm always travelling so it's great for my lifestyle as I can do classes on Facetime with my trainer or go on her website and watch a video. It really works for me.

If I'm stretched for time...

...I'll do squats in the kitchen when I'm getting meals ready. Or arm lifts for 2 minutes — just pulsing weights is really good for toning.

When it comes to hair...

...I keep it simple. I add a little bit of water with some salt in a spray bottle, spritz it on and then put my hair into braids. When I take them out I'm left with a really nice natural wave and great texture.

If I could go back and give my teenage self one beauty tip...

...it would be to wear sunblock religiously. I wish I could go back and just pour sunblock all over myself.

My go-to smoothie recipe...

...is almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, banana and protein powder.

To relax I swear by...

...Epsom salt baths — they're also great for drawing out impurities and detoxing.
