6 easy-but-amazing beauty tips from a supermodel

From squats in the kitchen to her favourite smoothie, this Lily Aldridge's best advice

We caught up with California-born model and Victoria’s Secret Angel, Lily Aldridge, to chat squats in the kitchen and her best-ever beauty tips. Including… gold eyebrows?

My go-to exercise of choice…

…is Ballet Beautiful. I’m always travelling so it’s great for my lifestyle as I can do classes on Facetime with my trainer or go on her website and watch a video. It really works for me.

If I’m stretched for time…

…I’ll do squats in the kitchen when I’m getting meals ready. Or arm lifts for 2 minutes — just pulsing weights is really good for toning.

When it comes to hair…

…I keep it simple. I add a little bit of water with some salt in a spray bottle, spritz it on and then put my hair into braids. When I take them out I’m left with a really nice natural wave and great texture.

If I could go back and give my teenage self one beauty tip…

…it would be to wear sunblock religiously. I wish I could go back and just pour sunblock all over myself.

…is almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, banana and protein powder.

To relax I swear by…

…Epsom salt baths — they’re also great for drawing out impurities and detoxing.
