In the last six months, Bella Hadid and The Weeknd have gotten back together, made their relationship very, very Instagram official, and have moved into the same Tribecca apartment. But that’s not it for them. Us Weekly is reporting now that The Weeknd is ready to put a big, sparkly diamond ring on it. A source told the outlet that “a proposal is on the horizon.” Hadid and The Weeknd are “madly in love with each other.”
The moving in was huge for them, the source made clear. For Hadid, “she felt like this was the next step in their relationship,” the source said. The Weeknd, according to TMZ’s late October report, asked her to move into his $60,000 a month luxury condo rental, and she agreed.
This time last year, The Weeknd had just ended his relationship of 10 months with Selena Gomez. He was seen leaving Hadid’s apartment on November 14, 2017. That was the first hint of the reconciliation that was to come, although the two didn’t actually really start making out in public until May (at least with photo proof).
The Weeknd really, really made it Instagram official in October on Hadid’s birthday. He posted a particularly horny birthday tribute to her, which included eight photos of them kissing.

The Weeknd and Hadid do have a years-long history of being together: They first started dating in April 2015. Their first relationship lasted until November 2016. The Weeknd started dating Selena Gomez, his last significant relationship before he got back together with Hadid, in January 2017.
