The best beauty looks from the Grammy Awards 2018

Grammys? More like Glammys

The 60th Annual Grammy Awards 2018 ceremony did not disappoint, neither in terms of performances nor the hair and make-up looks that emerged. Whether it was Lady Gaga’s bold cat eye and leather-braided hair or Beyoncé’s oversized black hat, the Grammys gave us quite a few beauty looks that you have full permission to try at home. This year saw celebrities like Chrissy Teigen, Miley Cyrus and Rita Ora take the simple way out with a classic side part hairstyle with loose waves, while others like Lana Del Rey and Janelle Monáe played around with delicate hair accessories.

Here, we pick out 8 of the hottest hair and make-up looks we loved from the Grammys:

Lady Gaga’s dramatic cat eye was accentuated with loads of silver glitter, while her hair was braided in two parts, linked together with black leather at the back.

Beyoncé sported the mother of all black hats, complete with sunglasses and shoulder-duster earrings, with her braided hair pulled back into a (really long) ponytail.

Chrissy Teigen’s bob proved that cutting your hair short is never a bad idea. The side part hair with loose waves and the subtle make-up balances out her glamorous silver sequinned gown.

Janelle Monáe accessorised her dual-toned short hair with dainty hair pins.

Lana Del Rey’s sleek centre part hairstyle was decorated with embellished star pins. A mauve lip and her statement cat eye rounded off her look.

For a change, Miley toned down her signature ostentation with a classic side-swept hairstyle with curls and light make-up.
