Clothing and jewellery label bhane. just launched a cool new café within their Delhi store bhane.WIP (short for Work In Progress). It’s where you can taste ice creams inspired by their SS ’15 range – choose between caramel khaki (salted caramel), cloud wash (blue curacao and kaffir lime), Earl-Grey coral (apricot and plum sorbet), sea green (avocado) and aurora (mango lassi) for an introductory price of Rs 100 for 2 scoops. Manning the café located on the first floor are two promising chefs Dennis Francis Theo (of The Grey Garden) and Gaurav Karki (who previously worked at Chez Nini). They worked closely with the apparel team to create unusual flavours that blend with the vibe of the line.
To celebrate the launch, bhane. threw open its space for a ’90s-themed party, where denim and dance numbers pretty much ruled. #TBT moments were created with old-school hopscotch markings and a Twister-inspired floor.
