Guilty stars Kiara Advani, is directed by Ruchi Narain and written by Chhapaak writer Atika Chohan (along with Narain and Kanika Dhillon). The Netflix original movie follows a story-writer whose boyfriend, a popular college hunk, is accused of rape by a less popular student, as she investigates the different versions of the account to find the truth.
2. Dave – Season 1 on Hotstar Premium
Out on: March 5
This half-hour comedy is based on the life of rapper and comedian Lil Dicky. The series is centred around Dave Burdy, a suburban neurotic man in his late twenties who has convinced himself that he’ll be one of the best rappers of all time.
3. Spenser Confidential on Netflix
Out on: March 6
Played by Mark Wahlberg, Spenser is an ex-cop and ex-con who teams up with aspiring fighter Hawk as he gets sucked into the Boston underbelly. The aim: to uncover a sinister conspiracy tied to the deaths of two Boston police officers. It’s gripping and action-filled.
4. The Test: A New Era For Australia Team (Season 1) on Amazon Prime
Out on: March 11
The Test: A New Era for Australia’s Team is a docu-series that will follow the Australian men’s cricket team, their fall from grace, and the struggle to reclaim their integrity. The eight-part series offers a behind-the-scenes look and follows the Australian team around the world to different international matches.
5. Little Fires Everywhere- Season 1 on Hotstar Premium
Out on: 19th March
With a stellar cast (Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington, and Rosemarie DeWitt), Little Fires Everywhere is based on Celeste Ng’s 2017 bestseller. The story explores the weight of secrets, the nature of art and identity, and the danger in believing that following rules can avert disaster with the example of fates of the picture-perfect Richardson family who upend their lives.
6. Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C.J. Walker: Limited Series on Netflix
Out on: March 20
Starring the inimitable Golden Globe and Academy Award winner Octavia Spencer, Self Made is a gripping and inspirational tale of the life of Madam CJ Walker who went on to become the first African-American self-made billionaire selling her haircare products for black women.
7. Making The Cut (Season 1) on Amazon Prime
Out on: March 27
A fashion competition series, headed by former Project Runway co-stars Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn will soon take over your Amazon Prime screens. The show will also star judges like Naomi Campbell, Chiara Ferragni, Nicole Richie, Joseph Altuzarra, and Carine Roitfield. Making the Cut will follow 12 entrepreneurs and designers from all over the world as they compete with each other to take home $1 million to invest in his/her brand and the opportunity to design an exclusive line for Amazon Fashion.
8. Ozark: Season 3 on Netflix
Out on: March 27
The third season of the Emmy-winning series is back. The show, which shows a suburban family which launders millions in the Missouri Ozarks, stars Jason Bateman, Laura Linner, and Julia Garner. Just to recap the end of season 2 for you, Marty lined up a trip to get his family out of the Ozarks and into Australia to get them away from the big mess. But Wendy decides to stay back and now, they are staying in the Ozarks, running the riverboat casino.
