When Manish Malhotra calls, all of Bollywood answers. This was evident from the front row at the designer’s Lakmé Fashion Week finale, brimming with half the marquee names from the year’s biggest films. And of course, Jacqueline Fernandez and Aditya Roy Kapoor on the ramp, with Jackie’s daring see through gown proving once again why she has the best fans in Bollywood.
Karishma Kapoor looked effortlessly elegant in a crystal embroidered velvet mini dress, paired with dangerously high heels. Khushi Kapoor, who is quickly becoming one of the most stylish young women in Bollywood, accompanied her mother Sridevi. Strangely, older sister Jhanvi wasn’t around this time. Kiara Advani, Diana Penty, Shriya Saran and Amrita Arora looked resplendent in their custom-made Manish Malhotra designs. Representing the boys, Tiger Shroff and Sushant Singh Rajput were seen chatting throughout the show. Karan Johar in his trademark Louboutins got a big cheer from the crowd.
