The #10yearchallenge has taken Instagram by storm

There’s nothing the Internet loves more than a challenge. From eating Tide Pods to dancing on the streets to win Kiki over, people can be persuaded to do just about anything for instant Instagram fame. While we’re appalled at the Birdbox challenge, we may be on-board with the second viral challenge of 2019. The #10yearchallenge is exactly what it sounds like – upload a before and after photo of yourself with a decade’s gap.

Various celebrities have taken it as an opportunity to share their entries and, in the process, inspire a whole lotta self-love. The message is clear – you were awesome then and you’re awesome now.
