1. Throw together a handful of coffee seeds or instant coffee powder with a teaspoon of olive oil. Stir until you make a smooth paste.
2. Apply on the problem areas and rub in upward circular motions. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and wash off; repeat twice a week.
