Coldplay's new video stars Beyoncé and Sonam Kapoor

We've been pretty kicked about Coldplay and Beyoncé coming together - ever since the band teased a tiny clip on Instagram.

The band just released a video for their song 'Hymn For The Weekend’ and it employs every Indian cliché in the book - kaleidoscopic visuals, levitating sadhus, henna tattoos and colour. Lots of colour. Sounds tiresome but it really isn't. The band ended up with a pretty arresting video after all.

Plus, we get to see Beyoncé in an Abu Jani + Sandeep Khosla creation - sporting a fair amount of bling and those henna tattoos - and get a fleeting glimpse of Sonam Kapoor in a Mayyur Girotra ensemble too.
