Monkey Bar, Bengaluru
Brick walls peppered with monkey mascots are the main draw at this gastro pub – and the food packs a pretty mean punch too. Their latest menu includes the Carneval burger (just in time for the 2014 FIFA World Cup), a selection of waffle pizzas, and also the season’s most beloved fruit in a mango cheesecake waffle – a divine combination of fresh mangoes, cream cheese, biscuit crumble, vanilla ice-cream and caramel sauce lathered on a waffle.
Our pick: The waffle pizza. Choose from four variants – PiggyBack (pepperoni, pork belly and bacon), Chikita (baja fried chicken, salsa verde, sour cream and chipotle mayo), RHCP (bell peppers, onions and jalapeño) and Popeye (spinach and feta).
We all love the Asian eats at Mamagoto. And they’ve given us yet another reason to go back – Mamatiffin! Choose from Thai, Chinese and Indo-Malay options and mix and match till you create the perfect palate pleaser.
