Following in the footsteps of her colleagues Gaurav Gupta and Masaba Gupta, designer Payal Singhal is the next to join the clique of homegrown fashion and beauty collaborations. The designer, known for her contemporary sense of style, feminine floral prints and of course, her loyal celebrity clientele, is all set to lend her signature aesthetic to fragrance label, All Good Scents. “When All Good Scents approached us to design a distinctive packaging for a new perfume, I was very excited to be on board and create something that reflects the essence of the perfume and both the brands,” says Payal Singhal. “The PS brand stands for contemporary Indian clothing and the packaging sings the same tunes. The delicate perfume is housed in a pale rose print packaging, inspired by Art Deco motifs and a few strong deep blue lines,” reveals Singhal, who singled out on the pattern after trying out a few floral designs.
So what does this pretty looking bottle smell like? “Rajiv Sheth, the nose and creative director of All Good Scents worked on creating this feminine, yet intense scent called Tender Intense. It’s a romantic cocktail of some of my favourite notes- freesia, jasmine ,turkish rose and patchouli” says Singhal .
