For glossy hair
We already know that eggs can do wonders for your hair, but next time whip up some yolks and add a splash of rum (seriously, it'll make your hair smell like cake). Comb it through wet hair and wash it off after 15 minutes. The rum will remove build-up and eggs will nourish hair.
For stronger hair
This recipe is so close to our breakfast smoothie; it's only missing the oats. Start by blending an overripe banana till it’s smooth, then mix a spoon of coconut oil and honey. The banana promotes healthy hair while the honey and coconut oil helps hydrate. Scoop it up on wet hair and let it settle for five minutes before washing it off.
For nourished hair
Everyone has their own version of the classic deep conditioning yogurt mask. But add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a half-cup of natural yogurt and honey (one spoonful should do) to fix your hair’s pH balance and moisturise it. You can also apply this on dry hair and wash it off with a mild cleanser.
