Fashion stylist Hoorvi J. Valaya’s recent project focuses on taking the classic pantsuit and deconstructing it to enhance new fashion languages. “The garments we used are classic and the idea was to focus on different constructs. From styling a cotton silk pantsuit to a classic brocade one, we introduced different kinds of surfaces used to construct classic pieces,” shares Hoorvi.
The mood board of the collection focuses on a woman who is a traveller, a dreamer, an experimenter and a fashionista. “She is someone who creates statements. Her style is sharp and fierce and brings in a touch of tradition and culture in her appearance.”
