A good massage – one that hits the right spots – is always called for. I opted for the Aromatherapy on a late Saturday morning. It seemed like the perfect way to let go of the busy week. The masseuse started the deep tissue massage using a beautifully-scented orange essential oil, which is known for soothing nerves and working as a natural cleanser. It was instantly relaxing, both the scent and the massage. While I did need to take a shower post the treatment, the oil felt super light, and had me feeling good all day. No better way to springboard to rejuvenation.
