Hermès has just released their latest collection of spring summer shoes and bags and has already made it into our summer wish list. The French fashion house sticks to the classic shapes and rich materials, with bright pops of colours adding interest. One of the key pieces in the collection, the ‘Verrou’ bag caught our eye. It was created in 1938 by Robert Dumas, Emile Hermès’ son-in-law as a clutch. He was an innovator at heart and sought to create new and original buckles and locks for the bags, and created a horse stall clasp inspired locking mechanism for this one. The shoes in the collection, including flats, block heels and wedges, feature the brand’s iconic details, like the Ex-Libris, the Kelly Buckle, Pyramid studs and more.
