Face yoga: these exercises are proven to be the ultimate slow-ageing routine

Face yoga is being hailed as the ultimate face workout. While it’s not exactly a trend, new studies suggest that these seemingly easy exercises will tighten, tone and brighten your skin. It may look like you’re just pulling a funny face, but the exercises are very impactful. They work on all the layers of the skin, while improving blood circulation, stimulating collagen production, increasing the oxygen flow to the cells, and strengthening small muscles. You will notice a radiant complexion and toned face within the first two weeks.

Start off easy by practicing face yoga for 20 minutes, thrice a week, then slowly build up to doing it six times a week. You can even do this on your daily commute in the backseat of a car, so there are almost no excuses why you shouldn’t be doing face yoga.
