After a summer pop-up at Harrods in London, Fendi has set sail for New York. Titled #fendisoho, the brand’s latest concept store has made 122 Greene Street its home until December 31. Every month (for the next six months), the store will feature a different theme for viewers to get an in-depth look into the fabulous Fendi universe. This month, the shop is stocked with petites, including the PetitJour, Petit 2Jour and Mini Peekaboo bags.
The interior of the pop-up is eclectic, designed to fit in with the trendy neighbourhood – there’s exposed brickwork for walls, vintage flooring and sofas made of leather and velvet.
The store will feature bags, fur and menswear, as well as accessories from current and vintage collections, along with bespoke pieces available only at the pop-up. There are also cute vending machines (selling bag bugs) to add an arcade-esque flavour to the space. And our favourite part? The neon hashtags on the wall – for all those furiously Instagramming from the funky store, but struggling to come up with appropriate captions.
