Designer Arpita Mehta’s line for Lakmé Fashion Week, titled The Golden Hour, is suitably festive. Mehta has used colours like dull gold, black, vermillion and emerald, and she’s employed a mix of intricate mirrorwork. You’ll also spot interesting fringe details and suede appliqué on raw silk, tabi silk and silk chiffons. For the campaign – shot by Taras Taraporvala, with make-up and hair styling by Elton Fernandez – Mehta roped in two celebrity stylists Allia Al Rufai and Antara Motivala, whose style game is always on point.
