Forest Essentials just overhauled their website, to help you browse their products on the go. The new site is more responsive, and loads easily on mobiles and tablets. A new chat feature lets you fire away any queries you have; these will be fielded by an Ayurveda expert in real time, between 10 am and 6 pm on weekdays. The brand new blog section is full tricks and tips, to help you make the most of your buys. Plus, products now come with customer reviews.
The e-store also offers a feature which was until now only available only at select Forest Essentials stores: the Soundarya Club loyalty program. It’s where customers can earn and redeem loyalty points against products. It’s also a quicker way to give your friends exquisitely packaged gift cards.
