India is working up to be a favourite stopover for all the hottest international celebrities this summer, with Justin Bieber performing in May and now Gigi Hadid, too, planning to visit. According to a story in Pinkvilla, the supermodel is dropping anchor in India by the end of this month to promote her collaboration with clothing label, Tommy Hilfiger.
Quick recap, the Victoria’s Secret model co-created a special collection called Tommy X Gigi, and the SS ’17 line was showcased at Venice Beach in the US earlier this year. You may also recall Gigi’s Barbie and her adventures in Tommyland.
Now that you’re all caught up, Hadid is going to come to the sub-continent for an event and may or may not hang out with a certain Bollywood celebrity called Sonam Kapoor, who you’ll know from her brief cameo in the Coldplay hit ‘Hymn for the Weekend’.
Aside from hanging out with Bollywood celebrities, she’ll also have a chance to indulge in some good old Indian food. When asked by a fan whether she prefers Indian or Chinese food, the model tweeted:
