“This antioxidant is naturally created by the body, but gets depleted very quickly. Taking a supplement helps the body to deal with oxidative damage from the environment on your skin and also gives it a glow. It’s also great for a liver detox. I take it twice a day with Vitamin C, that helps absorb the body absorb it better.”
Pearl Powder
“Pure pearl powder isn’t just a great source of calcium. It is also known in ancient Ayurveda to balance your mood and hormones. I mix ¼ tsp daily in an almond milk cold coffee.”
