And that’s where skin supplements a.k.a the magic pill that solves all your beauty woes come in. Just like a balanced diet for your body, supplements give your skin the nutrition boost it needs to stay healthy, and mainly consist of ingredients you don’t consume in large quantities in your everyday diet.

Taking a supplement helps the body to deal with oxidative damage from the environment on your skin and also gives it a glow. It’s also great for a liver detox. I take it twice a day with Vitamin C, that helps absorb the body absorb it better.”

Pearl Powder
“Pure pearl powder isn’t just a great source of calcium. It is also known in ancient Ayurveda to balance your mood and hormones. I mix ¼ tsp daily in an almond milk cold coffee.”

“These minerals help boost your skin’s metabolism: meaning your cells are raring to go and repairing faster. It’s great for those you have skin allergies very often, and can also be used to improve gut health.”
