Your 101 guide to wearing green eye make-up this season

When you think of lime green eyeshadow, chances are it brings back scary memories of wedding make-up orchestrated by your neighbourhood parlour lady. But now, the neon hue has got a makeover and emerged as S/S 2018’s coolest colour. Forget a smoked out look with dollops of black mascara — the key is to keep it clean with a creamy green eyeshadow over the lids, like the models at Tracy Reese.

If you’re a novice who doesn’t want to risk looking like a character out of an Avengers movie, take your cue from Elie Saab and Marni, and wear a swipe of green only on the outer corner of your lids, leaving the rest bare.
