18 fresh faces that are making their Bollywood debuts this year

After the slew of debutants in 2018, including Janhvi Kapoor, Ishan Khatter, and Sara Ali Khan, 2019 will see the launch of more than 20 fresh faces. Here are the ones to watch: 

Ananya Pandey and Tara Sutaria

After launching Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan in Student of the Year, director Karan Johar is all set to launch former VJ Tara Sutaria and Chunky Pandey’s daughter, Ananya Pandey in its sequel. 

 


Nupur Sanon

Kriti Sanon's sister, Nupur Sanon is going to make her big debut this year, reportedly, in a Sajid Nadiadwala film.

 


Isabelle Kaif

Katrina Kaif's little sister Isabelle Kaif will be following her sister’s footsteps and joining Bollywood with Time To Dance, opposite Sooraj Pancholi.

 


Ahan Shetty

Ahan Shetty, Suniel Shetty's son, will be making his debut with the Bollywood remake of Telugu hit RX 100.

 

 


Surilie Gautamkhu

Another celebrity sibling that we will see on the big screen this year is Surilie Gautamkhu, Yami Gautam’s sister. She is going to star in a period drama opposite Randeep Hooda.

 


Sanjana Sanghi

While this is not technically her debut, Sanjana Sanghi will be paired opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, in a leading role, for the Bollywood remake of The Fault in Our Stars this year. She has previously appeared in supporting roles in RockstarHindi Medium and more.


Ankita Lokhande

TV actress Ankita Lokhande will be seen alongside Kangana Ranaut in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi.


Vardhan Puri

Vardhan Puri, son of late actor Amrish Puri, is going to play the lead in a romantic thriller inspired by Gone Girl.


Ashwani Manjrekar

Salman Khan will launch Mahesh Manjrekar’s daughter Ashwani Manjreka, in the third film of the Dabangg franchise.


Abhimanyu Dassani

Maine Pyaar Kiya actress Bhagyashree’s son will be making his debut in Vasan Bala’s festival favourite Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota.


Karan Deol

Sunny Deol will be directing his son Karan Deol in his debut film titled Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. Another debutant, Saher Bamba will be co-starring with him.


Saurav Gurjar

Pro wrestler Saurav Gurjar will be making his debut in one of the most anticipated films of 2019, Brahmastra. He will be playing a negative role in the Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor starrer.


Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl

Salman Khan’s production house will be launching actor Zaheer Iqbal and Monish Bahl’s daughter, Pranutan Bahl in Notebook, a movie set in Kashmir.

 


Nandish Sandhu

Another TV import, Nandish Sandhu will be seen with Hrithik Roshan in the upcoming Super 30.


Lulia Vantur

Romanian model and actor Lulia Vantur will be seen opposite Jimmy Shergill in her debut film Radha Kyun Gori Main Kyu Kaala this year.


Siddhant Chaturvedi

The buzz around Gully Boy has us super excited for its Feb 14 release; if you've been following along, there's no way you've missed Siddhant Chaturvedi who stars alongside Ranveer Singh, spitting verses and looking incredible. One to watch, for sure.
