Hot address: Crave

Mumbai’s new pizzeria Crave, dressed in sunshine yellows and mod black-and-white floors, doles out beautifully crisp thin-crust stone-oven baked pies. Their flavours range from the meaty Italian Job (with prosciutto and arugula) to Indian-inspired varieties that make good use of seekh and shammi kebab cuts. We also recommend the generously-stuffed Fungi Town with a mushroom and ricotta patty that makes a (surprisingly) strong case for vegetarian burgers.
