We have a new Delhi find: Jugaad Café and Bar. Co-owners Aryan Singh and Vani Vats have added their own spin to everything from the carefully curated menu to upcycled interiors. The 90-cover restaurant spans three floors, across 3,000 sq ft. Expect cycle tyres in chandeliers and glasses fashioned from beer bottles. You can park yourself here and work too – there are plug-points at every table, and a printer and desktop at the ready too. A quick scan of the menu reveals a bit-of-everything: dishes like cheddar cheese boonda, crispy kongee lamb, kurkure bhutta and beer-battered fish fingers go best with a beer (or two). Now you know where you’re headed for your next team meeting.
