Hot address: Poetry by Love & Cheesecake, Mumbai

If you have an insatiable sweet tooth (much like us!) you've probably made a few rounds of Love & Cheesecake. From the founders of Love & Cheesecake comes Poetry a patisserie with a cosy ambience and an extensive all day dessert and dining menu. We opted for the poached eggs and avocado sandwiched in a (super flaky!) croissant and the Portobello panino by chef Amit Sharma, both of which come in generous portions. The juice menu is devoid of artificial sugar and cold-pressed. We rounded off our meal on a sweet note – with a strawberry mojito (lemon almond sponge cake, strawberry confit and mint lemon mousse), a caramel mousse and toffee concoction called The Diplomat, and the showstopper, Devil’s Desire (Belgian chocolate marquise, caramel and brownie on a bar). Safe to say we'll be back for a mid-week pick-me-up or a lazy breakfast.
