From Pilates to yoga, here’s how Jacqeuline Fernandez keeps fighting fit

It’s been a decade since our November cover star and actor Jacqueline Fernandez entered the industry, and if there’s one thing we’ve learned about her since, it is that she doesn’t do anything in half measures. 

From rigorous action sequences in movies and showing support towards animal rights to investing in a juice brand, she allows her passion for her work to shine bright. It should come as no surprise that she brings that same zeal to her fitness regimen as well.

Jacqueline is polishing her fighting chops, not only in the gym but also at boot camps with celebrity fitness trainer Cindy Jourdain. In addition to these high intensity workouts, she also goes in for frequent pole dancing sessions, Pilates with Namrata Purohit, and squeezes in some yoga with Radhika Karle.

Boot Camp: A fluid schedule in the life of an actor is essential, given that Jacqueline may not know where she will be able to pack in her next workout (her shoots take her across the globe). She’s always prepared with an independent gym set up at Cindy Jourdain’s boot camp where she trains regularly.
